NULGE

Shugaban Ƙungiyar Ma'aikatan Ƙananan hukumomi ta Najeriya (NULGE), reshen Jihar Kaduna, Kwamared Isyaku Rayyan Turunku ya koka kan yadda aka bar su da fafutuka neman Ƴancin Ƙananan hukumomi, ba tare da kawo musu dauki ba. Ya ƙara da cewa NULGE gadace tsakanin Gwamnatin da ma'aikata kuma ita take fitar da tsari walwala da jin daɗin Al'umma a ƙananan hukumomi. Yace suna da rassa a ƙananan hukumomi Sashen Ilimi kiwon lafiya da da sashin Gudanarwa da Sashin kasafin kuɗi da Tsare-tsare da sashin kula aikin gona. 

A wata zantawar sa da manema labarai a garin Kaduna, Turunku ya koka da cewa hatta Zaɓaɓɓun Shuwagabannin Ƙananan hukumomi da Kansilolin basa Ƙarfafa musu gwiwa wajen ganin an samar da Ƴancin Ƙananan hukumomi a Jihar.

Ya ƙara da cewa a Kokarin da suke na neman yancin, abubuwan da suke nema sun hada da bai wa ƙananan hukumomi ikon kashe kuɗin su da tattara haraji da basu damar ɗaukar Ma'aikata kai tsaye da yin zaɓe kai tsaye, kana dukkan zaɓubbuka na Ƙasa su zamana suna ƙarƙashin hukumar zaɓe ta ƙasa ba (INEC), sai a soke hukumar zaɓe na Jihohi.

Isyaku ya yabawa Majalisar Dokokin Jihar Kaduna a kan goyon bayan da ta ke basu a cikin fafutukar tasu, kana ya buƙaci al'ummar Najeriya dasu basu goyon baya, kuma su tabbatar sun zaɓi Shuwagabannin da zasu cika masu muradin su a babban zaɓe na Ƙasa dake tafe a shekarar 2023.

Tun bayan dawowa mulkin Demokaraɗiyya a shekarar Alif 1999 Najeriya take ta fama da matsalolin kan Ƴancin Ƙananan hukumomi wanda masana sun ce bai wa ƙananan hukumomin ƴancin su zai samar da dubun ayyukan yi da magance matsalolin tattalin arziki, tsaro da ilimin 

A karshe, Shugaban ya buƙaci Ƴan Jaridu da su ci gaba da wayar da kan al'umma bisa mahimmancin samun yancin kananan hukumomin a Najeriya tare bayar da goyon bayan su domin samun nasarar fafutukar da suke.
