A polician and three term former state house of Assembly aspirant in Zaria waje Constituency Engr. Isah Haruna Babanyaya Ihamo who make this known while briefing Journalists in Zaria said " As the 2023 general elections is on the door step and INEC will soon unveil campaigns on 28th of September, there is need for us to engage in based-issue campaigns, let's avoid harsh words, no cyber bullying, no online thuggery, and avoid defamation of any candidates of no your choice in the name of promoting your candidate.
Show what your candidate has done before contesting or what is he doing instead what he will do, I don't believe in bullying campaigns because there's life after election, let's maintain the teaching of our religion and culture by practicing peaceful political struggles. " He added.
Looking at the contributions that youth can give towards the success of their candidates, Ihamo said " As a youth we need to rethink and put more effort on how we can mobilize electorate voters to vote for our candidate, let's promote our Candidature without bitterness, tell people what quality your candidate possessed, what can he offer when given the mandate of leadership, is he Capacited to deliver. Such are the kind of inspirations that are anticipated for you to inspired people so that they can vote for your candidate."
While asking him who the cap fits in Nigeria and kaduna state “I will also call on all eligible Nigerians to fully participate in the electoral process. Shun political apathy and conduct yourself peacefully during this electioneering period, bearing in mind that election is not war. Vote credible leaders and representatives such as Distinguished Senator Uba Sani of the APC for effective and purposeful governance in Kaduna State come 2023.”
