Security development: Police honours chairman Lere LGC, others.

The Nigerian police force has honoured the chairman Lere local government council Mr Mathew Gambo Kaku and other patriotic friends of the police for the contribution to the development of security and fighting crime in the state.

The occasion which took place in kaduna on Saturday seventh September 2023, was organized by the kaduna state police command  to further strengthen the relationship between the police and the public as well as seek for more collaboration and support from the public for a crime free society in the state.

Speaking at the event the kaduna state commissioner of police CP Musa Yusuf Garba said the successes being recorded in the fight against crime and criminality by the police in kaduna state is as a result of team work and support from patriotic members of the public.

CP Musa Garba said the police in kaduna state under his watch remain resalute towards ensuring that people sleep with their two eyes closed.

He said  the command has made alot of arrest of suspected criminals  and avert veroius crimes in different parts of kaduna state and commended the commitment of the people of the state especially friends of the police  for thier support

He appealed to the people to always be free to fit the security with relevant information that would help in combating crime and criminality in the state.

The police commissioner called on parents to give their children proper home training and inculcate good moral values in them to enable them grow to be responsible citizens.

The Chairman Lere local government council Mr Mathew Gambo kaku who was among those honored commended the Nigeria police and other security agents for the effort in protecting lives and property of people.

Mathew Kaku described security as everyone business and pledged unfliching support to the Nigeria police in it's quest to ensure crime free society.

  who is among those honoredsaid security development will continue to be a top priority of the local government council to safeguard lives and property of the people.

He commended the Nigeria police and other security agents for the effort in protecting lives and property of people and described the award conferred on him by the Nigeria police as moral booster. 

Matthew Gambo said  security is everyone business and called on the people to support the police in its quest to ensure free crime society.

The chairman who said Lere local government area is the food basket of kaduna state urged the people especially farmers not to be selling their farm produce indescriminately to avoid facing hunger in the future.

He also called on the people to remain united and work towards moving Lere local government area to greater high.
