Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority, KADCHMA has embarked on a sensitization tour on the scheme to some state Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
The Director General, KADCHMA, Malam Abubakar Hassan during the tour said this part of efforts to get one hundred and sixty thousand additional informal sector enrollees into the scheme stated this when he held at-the investment house, kaduna.
Speaking with newsmen after the visit, Malam Abubakar Hassan accompanied by a team from the Authority, explained that the aim of the sensitization meeting is to acquaint the employees on the significances of enrolling into the scheme for improved healthcare service delivery.
He reaffirmed the state government's commitment to entrenching an inclusive healthcare system for citizens of the state.
Also speaking, the Managing Director, Kaduna State Industrial and Financial Company Limited, Hajiya Hadiza Yahaya hamza who was overwhelmed with the services of KADCHMA said the engagement meeting is an eye opener.
An interactive session formed part of the engagement meeting and questions were asked on the kind of services that hospitals offered by KADCHMA and the penalties to any hospital who refused to offer desired service.
