Buhari will travel again one day after returning from Spain

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari will travel abroad again a day after returning from Spain in Europe on Friday.

A statement issued by presidential spokesman Femi Adesina on Saturday said Buhari would travel to Ghana this time to attend the Ecowas summit - the West African Economic Community.

The summit of ECOWAS leaders will look at the situation in Mali and the politics of the West African region as a whole.

Buhari will leave for Ghana on Saturday, where he will return to Nigeria today after the summit.

The most affected countries are Burkina Faso, Mali and Guinea.
