In a collaborative effort led by Executive Secretary Prof. Yahya Saleh Ibrahim, the Kaduna State Scholarship and Loans Board ensures a smooth transition for recently graduated doctors.

A meeting was convened with Dr. Musa Tabari, Chief Medical Director of Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, to strategize the seamless integration of these medical officers.

The graduates, having fulfilled their bond agreement with the Board, accepted temporary appointments at the hospital. This aligns with the commitment to serve the community that invested in their education.

Executive Secretary Prof. Ibrahim emphasized the program's significance, stating, "Our investment in these bright minds should yield tangible benefits for Kaduna State.

Ensuring fair treatment and integration empowers them to contribute meaningfully to healthcare delivery."

Dr. Musa Tabari, welcoming the new doctors, affirmed the hospital's commitment to providing equal opportunities.

"Regardless of their employment status, these medical officers will be seamlessly integrated into our team," he pledged.

Recognizing the fresh perspectives and valuable skills they bring, he highlighted their role in strengthening the hospital's capacity to serve the community.
