The All Progressives Congress (APC) has postponed the by-elections where the gubernatorial and parliamentary by-elections are currently scheduled for May 26.
The APC has announced the new schedule on its Twitter feed.
The senate re-election is scheduled for May 27 and so is the state legislature.
The presidential run-off election will be held on May 29 and 30.
