Kaduna state government has restated commitment to support any initiative that will provide job opportunities to the citizens in the state.
The managing Director of Kaduna State Enterprises Development Agency KADEDA, Alhaji Dauda Iliya Abba stated this during the opening ceremony of the Youths Entrepreneurship Fair held at the National Museum Kaduna.
The aim of the event was to provide avenue for small and medium entrepreneurs and organizations to interact and share ideas for the socio-economic development of the state.
Speaking in an interview after the event, the Managing Director of the agency said entrepreneurship plays a significant role in providing job opportunities and socio-economic development of any nation.
Alhaji Dauda Iliya Abba said the Kaduna state government is taking all necessary measures to empower youths and enhance small and medium enterprises to tackle youths' restiveness
One of the Economists, interviewed Ibrahim Musa Applauded the Kaduna state government for its effort to provide a conducive atmosphere for investors and businesses to thrive in the state.
One of the organizers of the event, Abubakar Usman Saulawa said the essence of the Entrepreneurship Fair is to provide a platform for small and medium enterprises to prosper.
Some of the participants at the event described the Entrepreneurship Fair as a welcome development that will help immensely in boosting and encouraging Entrepreneurship among youths.
